The Peak Performance Switch™ (formerly Active30™) was created by performance coach Chris Doherty in 2019 when a Duke University golfer requested a "travel-friendly fitness routine" he could use on the road as he turned professional.
What began as a "golf fitness program" evolved into a "life performance solution" for very serious players.
The Peak Performance Switch™ shows driven golfers how to boost energy, unlock power, drop scores & play without pain while increasing enjoyment & effectiveness.
Since 2020, more than 60 players (and counting) have received D1, D2 or D3 offers, one has achieved Korn Ferry Tour Status (Cooper Dossey), and another earned his PGA Tour Card (Hayden Springer).
A student of strength & conditioning, performance psychology & human behavior, Chris began his career in Boston in 2007, interned for strength & conditioning coach Mike Boyle in 2009, and worked for 2 years on a startup venture with the strength & conditioning coaches of the NBA Teams.
Chris is certified through TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), and is a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist through Functional Anatomy Seminars, and a Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.
He resides in Austin, TX.
